Shrove Tuesday 2026 saw the Poulters not only organise, but also dominate, the Inter-Livery pancake races, winning three of the categories being contested - a record. Funds raised are as usual to be split between the Lady Mayor's Appeal and the Master Poulter's Pelican Trust. Thanks as ever to the Chief Commoner for allowing us to use Guildhall Yard for the event and a special honourable mention to our new Freeman Ella Kelly, without whom the Poulters results would have been rather less impressive!
