The Poulters’ Company is administered in accordance with its 1665 Royal Charter by its Master, Wardens and Court of Assistants, supported by their Clerk, Beadle and Stewards. The Court meets five times a year and proposals for Court consideration are drafted by a General Purposes Committee comprising the Master, Wardens and five other Court Assistants.
