In late April / early May, John the Clerk successfully completed the 2026 Sponsored Walk in aid of the Master Poulter's Pelican Trust. An eight-day trudge across the Fens, it was less carbon-footprint intensive than previous walks (requiring flights to Spain and Italy) but the end result - sore feet and money raised for a good cause - remained the same. A huge thank-you to all those Poulters who gave so generously - much appreciated.
