On Wednesday 17th June, the Midsummer Court was held at Tallow Chandlers' Hall. Two new Freemen and one new Liveryman were admitted to the Company, after which nearly 100 Liverymen and guests sat down to an excellent dinner amidst splendid 17th-century surroundings. A grateful thank-you is due to former Clerk of the Chamberlain's Court, Mr Murray Craig, who stepped in as guest speaker at rather short notice!
